Looks like Woolworths has been working on their click and collect service which has now been renamed "Pick up". Now when your order has been packed, they send you an SMS which tells you that the order is ready. They also give you the option to click a button to inform the shop that you are on the way so that you don't have to stand around for up to ten minutes waiting for them to go to the back, scan the order and bring it back out to you. This is a necessary change if they are serious about making "Pick up" convenient for shoppers.
